About AZCLE®

The State Bar schedules over 100 live programs each year, from 60-minute lunch and learn sessions to multi-day conferences. Our live CLE programs are offered mainly at the state bar offices in Phoenix and Tucson, with some programming held at other venues, like CLE by the Sea - a multi-day luxury destination CLE experience in Coronado, California.

Simulcasts (when available) allow attorneys not geographically close to a live seminar to view the program in a State Bar of Arizona (SBA) facility. Seminars held at one of the SBA office locations (Phoenix or Tucson) are typically offered as a simulcast at the other SBA office. Enjoy many of the same benefits of attending a live seminar without the long commute.

Many of the live seminars held at the Phoenix and Tucson offices are also available as live webcasts. An ideal way to obtain your CLE credits without leaving the comfort of your office or home. You can view live Webcast programs from your desktop, laptop, iPad or tablet. You will have the ability to submit questions and participate with the programming, making this a truly interactive experience - minus the commute.

Live webcasts include a video feed of the presenter(s), slides and access to seminar handout materials. Attendees will also be able to view and review the seminar for up to 180 days following the live broadcast, in most cases.

CLE OnDemand allows you to enjoy the convenience of online streaming CLE 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose from a variety of programs that remain accessible for up to 12 months after the date of purchase. Also, take a look at the AZCLE® Anytime Pass for a great way to save on purchases for a year.

Instructions:

• Immediately access a program purchased, or login to your CLE account later to complete.
• Seminar materials are stored in your account (in PDF format) and can be downloaded any time after purchase.
• In order to receive credit for a CLE ONDemand program, you must watch the seminar by clicking [PLAY].
• Upon completion of the program, click on the [Certificate of Completion] link associated with the program to save your certificate.

MCLE:

• State Bar of Arizona's CLE ONDemand courses are considered "live" or "interactive" credit.
• You must complete the entire program in order to receive credit. No partial credit will be given.

AZCLE® offers publications in the form of practice manuals, handbooks, program materials, and forms on CDs. AZCLE® publications address more than twenty areas of law practice, utilizing a volunteer corps of hundreds of experienced and respected practitioners, judges and professionals to help fellow colleagues improve their practice and professionalism.

Some publications are available as downloadable material and can be downloaded immediately upon purchase.

State Bar of Arizona AZCLE® electronic products (both CD-ROM and downloaded versions) are protected by copyright law and are licensed to individuals only. They must be treated in the same way as the print editions of books and seminar materials. They may not be copied, made accessible on a computer network, or otherwise shared by electronic or optical means. No derivative works may be made, but the purchaser may electronically copy short passages to include in memoranda, briefs and similar documents. There are no refunds for electronic documents.

Earn self study credit by listening to an Self-Study Audio Download. Written materials accompany all self-study orders. Audio Downloads are considered self-study credit.

Important MCLE notes:

• In Arizona up to 5 hours of annual required MCLE credit may be self study. If you are applying outside of Arizona, check your state's MCLE policies to see how many self study hours you may claim toward your MCLE requirements.
• You will receive a certificate and credit only for a self-study program if you purchase it. You will not receive credit if you borrow a self study program from one of your colleagues.
