Criminal Practice & Procedure Committee

Mission

Propose, review and and make recommendations on rule change proposals and/or issues effecting litigation of criminal cases.  

The committee is comprised of statewide defense counsel and prosecutors. 

Time Commitment:  The Committee meets approximately 4 times per year, usually for up to 2 hours. Additional time may be required outside of the scheduled meetings.
