Attorneys practicing in Arizona are subject to the Rules of Professional Conduct contained in Rule 42, Ariz. R. Sup. Ct. These rules differ from state to state. Whether you are a newly admitted attorney, or one admitted on motion, you must familiarize yourself with these rules.
Arizona Supreme Court Rules
You can follow all aspects of court rule making on the Court Rules Forum. The site includes existing rules, recent amendments, pending rule petitions and comments, recent court actions on rules, and an annual schedule of the Court's consideration of rules. This website also allows you to electronically file and monitor your own court rule petitions and comments.
