Admission to the State Bar of Arizona
The Arizona Supreme Court is responsible for the entire process of admitting attorneys and legal paraprofessionals to the State Bar of Arizona. The State Bar has no involvement with that process.
Arizona Supreme Court Rules 33 through 37 set forth the requirements for admission of applicants to the practice of law. No individual shall practice law in Arizona without being admitted to the Bar.
The Arizona Code of Judicial Administration Section 7-201 sets for the requirements for Legal Paraprofessionals (LP) - ACJA Section 7-210
