Reinstatement from administrative suspension within two years of the date of the suspension
Rule 64(f), Ariz. R. Sup. Ct.
- Proof of cure of the grounds upon which the suspension was entered
- MCLE Suspension:
- Arizona Resident: Certificates of attendance for all CLE programs needed to verify MCLE compliance for each year of suspension.
- Non-resident residing and licensed in another MCLE jurisdiction: Letter or certificate of compliance from home jurisdiction verifying MCLE compliance for the period of suspension.
- Non-resident not licensed in the state of residence or state does not have an MCLE requirement- same as Arizona resident.
- Completed Reinstatement Affidavit
- Completed Annual Fee Statement
- Non-payment of Annual Membership Fee Suspension:

- Completed Annual Fee Statement
- Active members must also provide proof of MCLE compliance for any MCLE year they missed filing an MCLE affidavit (see MCLE Suspension above for required items).
- MCLE Suspension:
- Payment equal to the amount of fees, assessments, and any administrative costs which would have been required if the applicant had been an Active member during the period of suspension. If payment by credit card, submit Credit Card Authorization.
- MCLE Suspensions
- MCLE late compliance and late filing fees owed.
- MCLE reinstatement fee
- Payment of all Annual Membership Fees and late filing fees
- Non-payment of Annual Membership Fee Suspension:

- Completed Annual Membership Fee Statement
- Payment of all Annual Membership Fees and late filing fees
- Reinstatement fee

Reinstatements may take 7-10 business days to process. Upon verification of compliance, a letter of reinstatement shall be issued to the member and the Court notified.

Reinstatement from resignation - Resigned for less than two years

- Non-resident residing and licensed in another MCLE jurisdiction: Letter or certificate of compliance from home jurisdiction verifying MCLE compliance for the period of resignation.
- Non-resident not licensed in the state of residence or state does not have an MCLE requirement- same as Arizona resident
- Completed Reinstatement from Resignation Affidavit
- Completed Annual Fee Statement. Contact the Resource Center for an Annual Fee Statement Membership@staff.azbar.org or 602.340.7239.
- Payment equal to the amount of fees, assessments, and any administrative costs which would have been required if the applicant had been an active member during the resignation period, including the reinstatement fee and any applicable MCLE and/or membership delinquency or late fees.
